材料:
2 个 鸡蛋
200g 白糖(如果本身不吃太甜,就可以酢量减少)
130g 低筋面粉(superfine flour)
6 汤匙(tablespoon)
可可粉cocoa powder
2 茶匙(teaspoon) baking powder(发粉)
1 茶匙 vanilla essense( 按个人喜欢)
160ml 牛奶
160g 牛油
如果要更美观和丰富, 可以在muffin 送去oven 之前,在蛋糊上面撒一些chocolate chips,raisin...
做法:
1.把oven preheat 180degree celcius
2.把低筋面粉过筛,然后跟baking powder 混合
3.把牛油和白糖打发
4.加入鸡蛋(如果你喜欢vanilla essence 的话,在这时候加入)
5.牛奶和面粉慢慢轮流加入(例如:加下牛奶,加下面粉,加下牛奶, 加下面粉,大概3 轮就放完)
6. 加入可可粉
7.搅拌均匀,面糊里不要有面粉的颗粒哦。。
8. 可以送进烤箱了!烤大概20分钟就可以了
