韩式泡菜煎饼
在韩国超市买了一大盒的韩国泡菜,想说这次先舍弃我很爱的泡菜炒饭,想尝试做泡菜煎饼来吃
煎饼的材料其实很个人,我就准备了洋葱和青葱两种,本来想加入Tuna和cheese的,可是觉得这样吃已经很好吃了,没必要加入其他的材料
面粉,鸡蛋,水和少许的盐,搅拌均匀后才加入切丝的葱们,用少许的油煎至两面金黄就可以了
吃起来我觉得有大葱煎蛋的感觉,可能下了大量的大葱关系,哈哈!我觉得很好吃,软软脆脆的,配上一杯柚子茶,简直是享受啊~
