星期一到五,放工回来就是休息,根本不想再动手,想到洗一大堆的东西~
我的念头马上消失到无影无踪~哈哈~
周末几乎都会出门,不出门也会睡个饱@@"
无意间给我找到Yvone的这本65°C汤种面包的ebook(当然在我买食谱之前)
看过很多人对65°C汤种的评价都蛮高的~
我也心痒痒地去做~

哎呀!那黑芝麻咋看之下,还真的有点恶心~
放太少了啦~
不过这65°C汤种面包真的不是盖的~
放到隔天,还是那么软~
之前做的面包不管怎样,都感觉有点"handmade"的味道
嗯..该怎么说呢?就不是外面卖的面包的那种香味~
很惊讶的是,这面包有那种香味!!
而且真的不输给欧蕾面包哦!!
