香煎黑胡椒鸡
本来我妈妈说要炸的...不过我不想那么油腻,所以就用煎的咯!还不错吃哦!简单嘛!^^
做法:
1. 鸡腿肉用蚝油,麻油和胡椒粉腌一个晚上.
2. 热锅,放少许的油,煎鸡腿肉至熟,备用
3. 准备另一个锅,热油,爆香蒜米和切丁的大葱,过后加入切碎的小辣椒
4. 加入一点黑胡椒酱和水,过后淋在鸡肉上就可以了
