Ponteh Ayam+老黄瓜汤+菜豆煎蛋
这天的晚餐煮了我没尝试过的Ponteh Ayam,虽然是用即煮酱料~:P
上次到马六甲吃了很好吃的Ponteh Ayam后,对它念念不忘,突然想到上上次我买了一盒酱料还没煮叻~
去翻一翻,看一看expired date..呃...剩下两个月就要过期了,不管啦!我就是要吃~哈哈!
就这样冒着泻肚子的危险,我的ponteh ayam出来啦~
鸡肉我用不带骨的鸡胸肉,配上好多的马铃薯,酱汁好下饭啊!!
清热降火的老黄瓜汤~喜欢喝汤:)
简单又不失美味的菜豆煎蛋
这就是我买的即煮酱啦~味道不错哦!推荐!^^
