没有面粉的软嫩可可蛋糕
之前我做失败了..因为蛋白碰到水了..这次我再试做!!结果...成功了!!!
材料:
还有一样全蛋..我忘了拍
杏仁粉,糖粉,蛋黄和全蛋用搅拌器搅拌均匀至颜色稍微变淡
加入可可粉,继续搅拌至可可糊
蛋白用搅拌器打至粗泡状,分三次加入细砂糖,打至硬即可
取1/3的蛋白加入可可糊里,稍微搅拌均匀
加入剩下的蛋白,用像皮刮刀轻轻地从容器底部搅拌
烤箱预热后,用180度,烘25-30分钟.
这种蛋糕适合热热的时候吃..类似suffle!不错下!
