洋葱肉碎马铃薯
这是我从佳礼快乐厨房-蜜糖那里学来的..不过我加了猪肉碎下去!很下饭哦!好好吃哦!
材料:
洋葱,马铃薯,猪肉碎
肉碎腌料:
麻油,酱油,绍兴酒,胡椒粉
做法:
1. 马铃薯切块,油炸至金黄色,捞起备用
2. 热锅,倒入少许的油,爆香洋葱,之后倒入猪肉碎,炒至八分熟
3. 最后加入马铃薯,用酱油调味即可上桌
