长豆饭

之前在快乐厨房看到阿查拉有两次以上煮这种长豆饭..可是我一直都没机会试..看到妈妈买了长豆..就一锅熟吧!



有几个问题想请教你们
1. 放进饭锅煮之前,我先炒过所有的材料,包括米..之后我才加水放进饭锅煮的..可是为什么饭会不熟呢?我过后还要把这饭拿去蒸才熟...是哪里有问题呢?
2. 怎样才能保持长豆的颜色啊?这么煮了之后变黄黄的..T_T

hi, you must put hot water inside the rice cooker.

饭不熟我想应该是你的水放得不够吧!长豆饭的颜色是这样的了.

可是当饭锅转去Keep warm的时候..里面还是湿的..可是饭就是不熟..
我确定我的水是够的..我还以为煮出来会变粥><"
因为失手加太多水了!

normally what i do is cook the rice, until the water is boiling, i pour all the ingredients inside..
