鸡扒干捞面
又是我解决午餐的一天..妈妈出去了!^^
看到冰箱有亲戚从芙蓉买来的云吞面...又看到有鸡腿肉..就炸来吃!!
面烫烫咯!开动!!!
做法:
1. 鸡肉用蚝油,麻油和胡椒粉腌几分钟,然后粘粉油炸.
2. 把适量的黑酱油,鸡精粉和麻油放到盘里面去
3. 准备一盆冷水,备用
4. 煮沸水,然后把面丢进去,烫一下就捞起,放进冷水中,再捞起放回热水里
5. 很快地,把面捞起,放进盘里,搅拌均匀..就可以吃啦!!^^
